1Information We Collect
We adhere strictly to data minimization principles, collecting only the bare minimum information needed to operate your price alarm service:
• Account Information: Your trader alias, email address, and encrypted password hash (managed via Supabase Auth).
• Alert Preferences: Target price levels, instrument symbols (e.g., Step Index, XAU/USD), and sound latching settings.
• Notification Handlers: Web Push notification tokens (VAPID endpoint), Telegram Chat ID (if linked), and email delivery settings.
2Payment & Financial Security (Paystack)
Paystack Certified Gateway
Piplify does not collect, process, or store your debit/credit card numbers, CVVs, PINs, or bank banking passwords on our servers.
All payment transactions are handled entirely by Paystack Payments Limited, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We only receive a transaction reference and amount confirmation to credit your wallet balance.
3How Your Data Is Used
Your data is exclusively utilized to:
- Evaluate incoming market tick prices against your armed alert conditions.
- Deliver instant sound notifications and repeated 30-second phone alarms.
- Relay alerts to your authenticated Telegram chat via
@PiplifyAlertBot.
We never sell, rent, or monetize your personal data, alert targets, or trading strategies to third parties, brokers, or advertising networks.
4Data Protection & Row Level Security (RLS)
All database records are hosted on PostgreSQL managed by Supabase, enforcing strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies. Users are only granted permission to read their own rows.
5Account Deletion & Data Rights
You maintain full ownership of your data. You may request the export or complete deletion of your account, alert history, and notification credentials at any time by contacting privacy@piplify.trade. Upon request, all associated push tokens and account records are permanently purged.
